Ordering and Payment

You can place your order online, or if you have a larger order request or have any questions, please e-mail hello.underbrush@gmail.com. We accept all major credit cards and business checks. We ask for a minimum order of 10 per design. Payment is expected on delivery. A late fee may be added to your order after final due date of order.


Shipping

We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS ground shipping, based on affordability. Delivery is free for local businesses near or around Lincoln City to Portland, OR.


Cancellations, Returns + Exchanges

Please allow 10-14 business day from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact hello.underbrush@gmail.com for information about availability.

All sales are final. Please inspect items upon delivery. Returns are only available for damaged items so please e-mail hello.underbrush@gmail.com and include a photo of the damaged or defective item within 5 business days of receiving shipment. The damaged item will be replaced or you will receive a credit on your account available for one calendar year.
